In this series, I work on a subtle conversation of natural elements that characterize an abstraction of the landscape in its most primordial state. A dialogue of dryness and fractals is presented against a proposal of humid and vibrant tones. The organic appearance introduces the viewer to a sensory atmosphere of memories of places that are abstracted into forms and textures. From them, memory can freely dive into its exploration, entering a state of serene contemplation, moving between memories and sensations that permeate the entire being. The continuous movement of fluid forms contrasts with the stillness and repose that a void manifests, contrasting with the overabundance of information in textures and details. Through the chemical alteration of acrylic paint, a process arises where organic-looking forms and mineral crystals emerge. This process provides a richness of delicate textures that require the viewer's attentive contemplation, highlighting the beauty of minimal perception. Cracks and fractured surfaces lead to an appreciation of natural imperfection through the application of 22k gold. Imperfection is highlighted through an element of value, and this speaks to our own fragility and vulnerability, finding beauty in it.
