Unique work
Diptych piece. Reefs are complex natural formations beneath the water's surface. In these works, the arrangement of corals contrasts with the turquoise explosion of transparent water. They imbue a sense of the sea, calmness, and continuous movement. They embody the beauty of natural imperfection and the pursuit of organic textures and sensations, leading to the experience of diving into crystalline water with sun glints. Noticing the unnoticed, the small detail, the insignificant sparkle, and the organic textures evoke a very familiar sense of home, whose memory transports you to that particular place in your mind, thus transforming abstract painting into personal landscapes. The eternal flow of water is presented in liquid painting through the search for randomness in this chance element. It's a process where the magic of the unexpected is discovered, playing with the will of the material and welcoming genuine, imperfect forms. Imperfection in nature is so authentic that it reminds us of our own human fragility. Inspired by the Eastern philosophy technique of /kintsugi/, each crack in the painting, like each scar in our history, is highlighted in 22k gold, reflecting the sun on the water, making the unnoticed visible and imbuing the unique with value.
