Gastón Lisak

Gastón Lisak (1989, Barcelona) is a visual artist based in Barcelona. In 2011, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts from the Winchester School of Arts, University of Southampton. Between 2012 and 2014, he was a fellow at the FABRICA Research Centre Benetton Group Residency in Treviso, Italy, for two years. In 2018, he completed the Museography course at NODE in Berlin, Germany. In 2020, he completed the Master's Degree in Design, MUDIC, in Barcelona. In the same year, he took the Art Thinking course directed by María Acaso. He is a professor at ELISAVA and is currently pursuing his third year of a PhD in Design at the Faculty of Architecture in Lisbon, where he researches the importance of transformation in objects to generate critical awareness.
