An urban sculpture project of human dimensions intended to provoke reflection, perhaps a paradox. Amidst the tumult and hurried hustle of citizens, the Walker with its Compass Rose seems to say "Not without meaning." On the one hand, the Walker evokes the children's game that discovers the possibility of making an independent being with a part of one's own body. It is the reflection of the innate creative potential that lies within us all. On the other hand, the paradox, enhanced by human dimension, that this being immediately surpasses its reality as an extremity to become a character with absolute character, hence vigorous and resolute. This aspect violates reality by revealing our innate capacity to overcome it. The Walker carries its Compass Rose within itself. An infallible guide that eliminates the need for external references.
